Housekeeping

 Happy November!

Before we get started with our 12 days of crafting, I wanted to share some information with you regarding changes coming to Stampin' Up! There are several big things coming in the next few months, and there may be some action required by you.

The first change involves customer data. Stampin' Up! is moving to a new way that customer data is stored, which means that I will no longer have access to make changes to your data for you - you will "own" your data. These means I will no longer be able to make changes to addresses or enter credit card numbers, once this new system rolls out. In fact, I will not even be able to complete orders for you using a credit card, as SU is moving to comply with new banking regulations that prohibit them from storing credit card information. This is all in an effort to protect your credit card information from hacks. You will still be able to pay using a credit card, but you will need to complete those orders yourself. We don't have all the specifics yet, but we have been told that demonstrators will be able to start an order for our customers, then you will get an email asking you to complete the order, if you would like to use a credit card.  As SU moves to this new platform, only customers who have created an account with SU will be moved over, because that is the only way they can verify your address/info. If you haven't already created an account with them, I highly encourage you to do so. I think most of you have already done this, but just in case you haven't, now is the time to do so.

The second big change announced is about the hostess rewards program. Stampin' Up! will be ending their hostess rewards program and moving to a customer rewards system. When your order meets a minimum of $20, you will get a 10% credit of your order to use towards future purchases. This is exciting for you!

It will probably be closer to March before these changes go into effect, but I wanted you to know about them now. As we get more information, of course I will be passing it along to you.

I will be posting our first project later on this afternoon!
