Splendid Autumn

Here we go with our first project(s)! Love this suite so much that I made two cards to share with you.

This suite is featured on page 36-37 of the mini catalog. It comes with a stamp set/die cut bundle, ribbon, embellishments, and beautiful DSP. 

Card #1

Splendid Autumn DSP, Textured Metallic Specialty DSP

Other: Leaf Fall 3D Embossing Folder (available online), Autumn Expressions Dies, Rustic Striped Ribbon

I started by stamping a leaf across the top half of the Moody Mauve CS with the coordinating ink, then embossing the panel with the Fall Leaf embossing folder; stamp the sentiment across the bottom using  the same ink. 

I cut a scene from the DSP and the frame and chain from the Textured Metallic SDSP using the coordinating dies, and centered them on the card front. 

I made a small bow from the ribbon and attached to the top of the chain, then layered the card front to the layering panel and the card base.

Paper: Cajun Craze card base and a strip measuring 1 1/2 X 5 3/8, Very Vanilla, Crushed Curry and Old Olive (scrap), Splendid Autumn DSP, 5 3/8 X 2 5/8

Other: Distressed Tile 3D Embossing Folder, Faux Glass Dots, Woven Golden Leaves, Deckled Rectangle Dies

I started this card by embossing the Cajun Craze strip with the Distressed Tile embossing folder. I cut the DSP and adhered it to the card, then adhered the embossed strip. 

Stamp the sentiment in Old Olive on Very Vanilla and cut out with the dies, then stamp the leaves in Cajun Craze and Crushed Curry in the corners. 

I cut leaves from the dies in Old Olive and Crushed Curry. I adhered them and the golden leaves to the back of the die cut sentiment, then attached to the card using dimensionals. I then finished off the card by adding some of the Faux Glass Dots.
